Thursday Hoover Dam Tour
Bus through Henderson (parts of which resemble a newly
built ghost town due to the housing crisis) and the desert to Hoover Dam.
Tour of the dam, including turbines, lecture and film. Opportunity to walk on
the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, 1000 feet above the
river, for spectacular views of the dam, lake, river and desert. Fully
accessible for all. Thursday 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
