Exhibiting books/journals.  We wish to exhibit books and/or journals.

  Half table:  $70.  Table will be shared with another publisher.

  Full table:  $100.  A table reserved exclusively for your use.

  Individual Books/Journals:  $10.

 We will will not send a representativebe sending a representative to the conference.

      The titles we will exhibit are listed on the attached form:  Book/Journal Titles - this is a fillable/mailable form and should be returned to:  giedemad@gvsu.edu.

Notes re: exhibiting at EBHS:

i.      EBHS will be happy to set up your table for you if you are unable to send a representative.  Send any books, journal issues, order forms, brochures, etc. that you want displayed to Dan Giedeman, Department of Economics, 486C DeVos, 401 W. Fulton St., Grand Rapids, MI 49504

to arrive no later than April 1,  2012.

ii.     Materials sent to EBHS, including copies of books and journals will generally be treated as a charitable donation to EBHS and not returned.  Journal copies may be given away and books may be sold off at a discounted price to conference attendees.  (Please contact Dan Giedeman if you have any questions.)

  Advertising in the conference program. 

We will will not advertise in the Conference Program

We wish to place:   a half-page ad ($30);  a full-page ad ($50).  We will submit a .jpg, .pdf, or .doc file of our add  no later than March  14, 2012.  

      Ads must be black-and-white (no color), be reduced to fit an 5.5”W x 8.5”H page, and have margins (after reduction) of at least 0.5” on all sides.  All ad copy or art should be e-mailed to Dan Giedeman, giedemad@gvsu.edu, putting “EBHS conference copy” in the subject line. 

 Packet inserts.  We wish to include insert(s) for the registration packet. 

      Each insert must be 8.5" x 11” or smaller.  (A4 inserts must be reformatted to 8.5" x 11".) 

The rate is $15 for each trifold brochure or unfolded insert of 5 two-sided pages or less, and $25 for larger inserts.  Please send at least 150 copies of each insert to Dan Giedeman, Department of Economics, 486C DeVos, 401 W. Fulton St., Grand Rapids, MI 49504
